Evolve requires a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or appointment reschedules. We understand that unexpected situations may arise; however, if this occurs more than once within a calendar year, a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s) will apply.

In the event of a no-show, clients will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). A second no-show or late cancellation will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service(s).

Appointments may be secured with a valid credit card on file. Evolve management reserves the right to use reasonable discretion in special circumstances.

If you’re running late, we’ll always do our best to accommodate you. However, arriving more than 15 minutes past your appointment time may result in a modified service to fit within the remaining time, or may require rescheduling to ensure proper timing and quality of service.

Child care is available through TFE’s Kids Gym. Non-members pay $15 for the first child and $10 for each additional child, for up to 2 hours of supervised care. Please contact the salon for details or questions. Child care availability may vary based on time and day.

• Hair: Bring photos of your hair goals, note your texture and color history, and be honest about previous treatments.

• Men’s Hair: Arrive with clean, dry hair and share your style preferences or a reference photo.

• Skin Care: Come with a clean face, avoid exfoliating or tanning 48 hours prior, and share any sensitivities.

• Massage: Dress comfortably, undress to your comfort level, and drink water afterward.

• Spray Tanning: Exfoliate before your visit, skip lotions or deodorant, and wear loose, dark clothing.

Gratuity is not included in your service total. While cash is preferred, you’re also welcome to tip via Venmo or with your credit card using our Tip kiosk—whatever is most convenient for you.

At Evolve Salon & Spa, we stand by our work and want you to leave completely satisfied. If you’re not happy with your service, please reach out to us—we encourage you to also discuss your concerns with your service provider to help find a solution. Our management team is happy to offer guidance and alternatives if needed. To ensure the best results, redo requests should be made within 7 days of your original service.

Services: If a client is unhappy with the results of service and has consulted with and received a redo and is still not happy, Evolve management will use reasonable and fair judgment on any decision to refund the client.

Products: If a client is not satisfied with a hair product purchased at Evolve Salon & Spa and has clearly used less than 25% of the product, the client will receive a refund.  Management will appropriately evaluate and make the final decision on any product return where there is a discrepancy in how much was used.  All sales of our skincare products by Is Clinical cannot be returned.

• At the end of your service, we’ll walk you through any recommended home care, product routines, or grooming tips to maintain your results. 
• We may offer a short check-in 24–48 hours later (via call or message) to see how you’re feeling and address any follow-up questions.
